Inspired by the TV show Legend of the Seeker based on Terry Goodkind’s novel series The Sword of the Truth, this leather ensemble pays tribute to the path of the warrior and seeker in us all. This is dedicated to those of us who follow the hero’s journey in overcoming life’s challenges, tragedies and set-backs to make a better place for ourselves and those those who’s lives we touch.
Made for both men and women, Questor includes three versions of the top adorned with buckles and studs, a kilt and separate belt with beautifully crafted chain, well rendered leather pants, bracers, and a very distinctly sculpted collar, each piece carefully crafted and textured in Raven’s skillful hands.

Raven IM’d me the other day. “Harper, come over and meet Marry Eel. She is a contestant for the Miss Virtual World. We are fitting her dress.”
I teleported over and put on my translator because Merry is from Japan, and unfortunately, I speak no Japanese. Her English is FAR better but there are still gaps.
“I am going to fix this skirt,” Raven said.
“i??????????????” said the translator.
We heard back from my translator, “As for i it is the intention of correcting the skirt.”
“You look so beautiful. I hope you win!” I said.

“Way it does, beautiful! I expecting victory!” spit back Raven’s translator.
Merry smiled sweetly. “I like this dress. I look beautiful. Thank you!”
Merry wore the dress and went on to be a Top 10 Finalist. With its full purple skirt and beautifully rendered bodice, elaborate textures and satiny opera-length gloves, elegantly twisted waistband with draping scarves, the dress is the color of the royalty who wears it–Marry.

Raven yelled over the sim the other day, while I was working on renovations at RFyre, “Viscount is back!” I dropped the prim in my hand and rushed to tp to her studio.
There he stood in all his glory–Viscount. He had been away for a couple months, working, and we weren’t sure when he would make it back, but here he was. I ran to hug him.
Viscount laughed. “Glad to see I was missed.”
“You sure were!” Raven said. “SC is going to be so glad to hear you are back. He was sick of having Harper and me model the men’s clothes.”
We asked Viscount about his holiday and his work, caught him up on the grid gossip and generally enjoyed his homecoming.
Raven put a finger to her chin. “You know, I have something I just finished that I think you need to wear.” She pulled out of a folder a sexy men’s outfit with chains running down the shirt and across the neck and a kilt, chained and buckled around the waist. She passed it for Viscount to put on. Then she passed a women’s folder to me. I put on a similar outfit–this with sexy chained hose, a chained decolletage and gloves and a heavy kilt. Viscount looked really great in the outfit. It was so good to see him.
“What are you calling this outfit, Raven?” he asked, as he adjusted the last chain.
“Well, since we want to keep you connected, I am calling it ‘Chained,’ because that’s what we want to do. Chain you down!” she grinned. “Hopefully this will make it harder for you to leave.”
Viscount grinned back. “Oh, no worries. I am back to stay.”

He pushed the door open and with it a fist of cold air pushed in behind him. The fur on his cap and cape shimmered with snow, his skin was ruddy with the cold. She could see the tracks leading up to the door quickly filling before he forced the door shut and smiled at her ruefully. Dimitri had returned.
She silently helped him remove his cape, dusting the damp off the rich fur, carefully folding it over her arm, admiring its elaborate embroidery . Underneath he wore a handsome suit secured with an embroidered belt emblazoned with his family royal seal. She smiled to herself. His boots were filthy and wet yet he managed to keep his suit neat and tidy, as always.
He removed his hat and sunk into a chair near the fire, with a significant sigh. “I am tired, Katerina. But it’s over. The war has ended. It’s over.”
She smiled and went to hang his cape up. The hat was still in his hand, but it slowly slid off his lap to the floor as he slipped into sleep.
